History
- Established in November 2000 by partners Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing. (FH) Willi Balz (51% share via the firm FC Windkraft, which he owns) and Dipl.-Ing. Karl Schlecht (Supervisory Board Chairman and main shareholder in Putzmeister Holding GmbH).
- 1 January 2002 – acquisition of all shares in the company by FC Windkraft, which belongs to Mr. Balz.
- 13 December 2006 – integration into the THEOLIA Group, which is listed on the Paris stock exchange (Euronext Paris – Eurolist Compartiment B (Mid-Caps))
